Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Most orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You can expect processing time to increase to up to 3-5 business days during a sale in which order volume is high. Due to worldwide events, you may experience some delay in shipping based on your shipping location. All orders include a tracking number which is e-mailed automatically upon shipment. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

DISCRETE SHIPPING

We understand the sensitivity to prying eyes due to the nature of these products. All orders are packed very discretely in unmarked boxes or bubble bags. Each order is packed with extreme care, with bubble wrap, packing peanuts as well as double boxing when necessary. We take shipping very seriously and we strive to offer the most secure shipping possible. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately (see Return & Privacy Policy). 

INSURANCE

We do not insure packages. Please contact us to add insurance to your package before shipment. Glass Art RVA is not liable for any lost packages if USPS claims delivery was successful. 

RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

There is a small window to cancel your order before it is shipped.  All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 24 hours, and must be made before the order is shipped.  Otherwise all sales are final. We do not take returns.

If any items are damaged in transit, they may be returned for refund. Please immediately take photos of the package and all contents upon their arrival. Email or DM us your order number, photos, and any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery.  ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Need to report a broken item? Not to worry, we will get you sorted out! Email your order number and photos to GlassArtRVA@gmail.com or DM to @GlassArt_RVA to initiate the return process. Should you choose to select a replacement item we currently have available, turn around time should be within 3 - 7 business days.  If a replacement, repair or store credit is necessary, the process may take anywhere from 7 - 15 business days, based on the scenario.
